The gift certificate template to be reviewed is one that has a rather fun look to it. Both sides are adorned with flowers that are colored in blue, purple, pink, white, and yellow. Each flower is a different size. The top of the template clearly states that this is a gift certificate. Underneath this are listed ten different sections, which are as follows:

- How much the gift certificate is worth
- Who the gift certificate is from
- What locations the gift certificate is valid to be used at
- Any special notes that should be included
- Who the gift certificate is authorized by
- The signature of the person who issues the gift certificate
